We do not ask you for, access or track any location based information from your mobile device at any time while downloading or using our mobile applications or services.

• Contact Information for adults registering kids: adult’s full name, e-mail address, and phone number
• Demographic Information: such as address, information relating to children in your household, classroom, home school, kids club or after-school program, gender, grade level, as well as address of school, address and site name of after-school program, home school, kids’ club, or library program.

We use this information to:

• Periodically contact you with relevant announcements;
• Improve and tailor our educational materials

If you have registered with our site, you may at any time review and/or update the contact information we have for you or your child or inform us that you want us to remove your or your child’s information from our database by either visiting the online profile section of our website or contacting our website Administrator at support@clevercrazes.com. If you choose to send us an e-mail, please be sure to include in your message the e-mail address you used to register so that we can verify your request.

We will retain your or your child’s information for as long as your or your child’s account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account  or request that we no longer use your or your child’s information to provide services, contact us at support@clevercrazes.com. We will retain and use your or your child’s information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

From time to time, we may employ and share users' personal information (including that of children under 13 provided by parents, guardians, teachers, after-school program, kids’ clubs, or library administrators, or other organization officials) with entities who will use it solely to provide support for the internal operations of the website (e.g., online registration and e-mail services or technical support). These entities have agreed that they will not use your personal information for any other purpose, and have agreed to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the personal information they obtain from us.

We may disclose personal information (including that of children under 13 provided by parents, guardians, teachers, or program administrators) in the good faith belief that we are required to do so by law, including, but not limited to, disclosure to law enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, other activity that is illegal or may expose you or us to legal liability, or in response to legal process such as subpoenas. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal information collected from and about users (including children under 13) to third parties for promotional purposes. However, in the event of dissolution, donation, merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other similar event, information provided by website users may be transferred to a successor, assignee or donee, if permitted by and done in accordance with applicable law. We currently do not use any tracking technologies within our mobile applications. 

We will only collect personal information to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve our legitimate educational purposes, and we will take appropriate steps to ensure the security and integrity of any information (including that of children under 13) you provide to us. Any information provided to us on the website is housed in a secure datacenter.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personally identifiable information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
