We do not access or track any precise geolocation based information from your mobile device at any time while downloading or using this mobile application without your advance consent.

We collect the following personal information:

• Information about your mobile device such as unique identifier, type of mobile device, OS system version, system and performance information (such as hardware usage statistics), and mobile application version
• Information about you such as your email address and name
• Feature usage and click paths

We use this information to:

• Manage our mobile application, diagnose technical problems, improve content and allocate the resources of our systems so that your experience with our mobile application is as efficient as possible;
• Personalize the service we provide to you and tailor your experience with our mobile application to your interests;
• Effect a corporate transaction in connection with a sale, merger, spin-off or other corporate reorganization of our corporation, where the information is provided to the new controlling entity in regular course of business;
• Audit compliance with our policies and contractual obligations;
• As permitted by, and to comply with, legal or regulatory requirements or provisions; or
• For any other purpose to which you consent.

We will retain the collected information for as long as you interact with this mobile application, as needed to provide you services and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Our mobile application includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button, and Widgets, such as the Share This button or interactive mini-programs that run within our application.  These features may collect your Internet protocol address, which page you are visiting in our mobile application, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly.  Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly through our mobile application.  Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Why we need certain Application Permissions:

Iron Force may request certain types of in-game permissions.  We may require these permissions for the following reasons:

In-app purchases: To enable in-app purchases.

Photos/Media/Files: For storing game data on the device.

Wi-Fi connection information: To download files from the internet, and to communicate connection state to other players.

Device ID & Call Information: To generate an ID used to save game state and provide services to you.  We do not collect call information.

EA uses its own proprietary analytic metrics tool and other third party analytics technologies to collect non-personal information when you use our products and services and/or play our games on your mobile device. These tools and technologies may use server log files and other technologies to collect and analyze certain types of information, including mobile or other hardware device ID or other device identifiers, platform type, the number of clicks, information about your media, software and/or applications installed on your device, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the date and amount of time spent on particular pages, game state and the date and time of activity on our game, information about how your game is used, including game metrics and statistics, and other similar information.

The third party analytics companies who collect information on our mobile application may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected. Many of these companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies.

We work with third parties to serve ads on our mobile application.  Our ad servers, and those of our partners, use the collected information in order to display ads that may be of interest to you.  Some third-part ad companies, such as ad networks, may combine anonymous information obtained in connection with activity on our mobile application with the information obtained from other sources and/or sites.  We do not use or share any Personal Information with any of our ad server partners, media partners or ad networks without your authorization.

EA understands the importance of keeping your information safe and secure. EA will make commercially reasonable effort to protect your information and ensure the security of our systems. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. We cannot assume responsibility or liability for unauthorized access to our servers and systems.
