Privacy Policy

We do not collect precise location data from you when you are using our mobile applications.

When you choose to register for a BANDAI NAMCO account in conjunction with some our Apps we will ask you for your email address. In addition, in some instances in which you enter a tournament we may collect your name and address in order to provide you with prizes or other winnings. We may also use third party analytics partners who may collect your unique device ID in order to assist us in analyzing your use of our Apps and improving our services. We may also collect information from your device such as device type and operating system. We do not collect precise location data from you when you are using our mobile applications.

Log Files

As is true of most Apps, we and our third party tracking-utility partner gather certain information automatically and store it in log files.  This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.  

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the App, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s device for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies within some of our Apps. We may link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while using our Apps.  
We use both session ID cookies and/or persistent cookies. Session ID cookie expires when you close your App. A persistent cookie remains on your device for an extended period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your device’s help section.

Clear Gifs

We, and our third party tracking utility partners, may employ in some of our Apps a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content by informing us what content is effective.  Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of users. We may tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information.

The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.  When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card information) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
